I would like, please, to obtain help since I have no knowledge on the subject.
I recently built a computer, its specifications are:
BOARD Asus Prime B450m a-ii
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU
RAM 2*8 GB 2400 Mhz DDR4 Memory - T-CREATE
AMD Radeon Rx 6500 XT 4GB GPU
SSDNvme m.2 TEAMGROUP 256 GB
Kingston 240GB SSD
evga 450w w3 power supply
The freezing problem arises sometimes when I am working or writing documents in word.
I think that when the GPU is activated is when the problem occurs, but when the fans are quiet it works normally.
If anyone knows where I could get help or what is causing this and how I can fix it, thank you very much.
