Issue:
The PC micro-stutters every second after installing AMD Adrenalin. It's hard to notice out of game, but the mouse skips a little when I move it around every second on the beat. This is much more annoying in games, as the screen stutters are very apparent when I move around even without moving the mouse.
I have tried both Adrenalin versions 22.5.1 and 22.11.2, and the only way I've managed to fix the issue this far is by removing them with AMD Cleanup Utility. Also using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter as GPU driver in device manager seems to make the stuttering go away. This is what makes me think the problem lies with Adrenalin.
Any help that would make Adrenalin work for my system would be greatly appreciated.
