Hello! my name is Kostya and I'm from Russia, I didn't really understand exactly where to write with this problem, but I need help. When I run games, I have a strong noise of throttles, most likely they are and I wanted to find out if this is considered a warranty case to replace it with a new one or does this noise affect nothing and need to change something in the settings?
