Hello, hope anyone can shed some light with this issue of black screen on boot .
my son purchase here the said gpu, but upon installing it and boot the pc , all we got is blacks screen , despite the compuer sounds running normal...
we could not even see the post boot at all, remove "ram" , reset "cmos" with same results , installed back the old graphix card and everything back to normal, my monitor haa only hdmi and understand it is only support 2.0... bought dp 1.4 to hdmi 2.0 cable with same results.
our PC build is
Amd ryzen 5 3600
B450 tomahawk mobo
68mb ram
700psu
please advise if card is bad and if need to return for new replacement.
