I started encountering issues different software with my Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon 7900 XTX (w/Vapor-X) when recently updating drivers (from 23.7.1 to newer drivers) as was recommended when installing The Talos Principle 2.
- AMD Adrenalin 23.7.1 was working perfectly with all of my software >>> downloaded The Talos Principle 2 and began updating Adrenalin drivers.
- AMD Adrenalin 23.8.2: GPU no longer recognized in DaVinci Resolve 18.1.4 build 9, sputtering/flickering textures in The Talos Principle 2.
- AMD Adrenalin 23.10.2: New issue with Alien: Isolation, a completely black "wall" that covers most of the screen and clips through the environment for regions of the out-of-focus areas (when depth-of-field turn on). This wall changes sizes and moves off of the screen as the screen resolution is changed. The wall is always there when using the motion detector. This issue is resolved when going back to Adrenalin 23.8.2.
- AMD Adrenalin 23.11.1: The issue in Alien: Isolation persists, but GPU is now correctly recognized by DaVinci Resolve 18.1.4 build 9.
