I jus got this new rx 5700 xt to replace my old gpu but when i start my computer with it plugged in its stuck on the startup menu screen and wont move from that no matter what i click so i tried installing the new graphics driver before i switch and i tried resetting cmos along with checking everything physical wise not sure what else to do.
