Bought a new 6600XT for cheap to upgrade my 1060. For some reason I can't boot the computer with the GPU installed. But it will boot if I disable secure boot and the GPU is installed. Only problem I have some games that apparently require secure boot to launch. XPS 8930, bios updated to latest. Is there a way I can modify or add the secure boot keys to allow the GPU? Its a Powercolor 6600. Any ideas on how to get this to work correctly?
Edit: Now I can't get it to pass POST at all now.
