I’m able to stream 2060p60 HDR content on YouTube after turning Enable VP9 video format to Always On within Microsoft Edge. However, I’m unable to stream HDR content over Netflix on a PC (neither through an AMD graphics card nor the internal graphics by Intel). I have tried switching back and forth between HDMI and DP connectors without luck. If possible, how do I enable HDR or at least ULTRA HD 4K content on Netflix given my system specifications and current settings? After chatting with Netflix my case was referred to “tier 3” who came back with the dubious claim that my system was incompatible, so now I’m resorting to the AMD community with the hope my problem will not go unnoticed nor unresolved.
The requirements for streaming HDR content on Netflix are outlined in the following links:
My PC meets and often surpasses all those previous requirements.
My monitor model is an LG 27UK850-W (click link for specs).
My graphics card is the ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX560-4G-GAMING (click link for specs).
Control panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (Driver Version: 25.20.100.6444)
According to fast.com my internet speed reached 61 Mbps after my most recent test (on my first test it reached 88 Mbps).

The problem was fixed after following the directions from this link:
I had to download and install the HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer from the Microsoft Store app.

I did all the things mentioned in this email, but I am still facing the same issue. I have even bought and installed HEVC Video Extension from Microsoft Store app, still no luck.
My system configuration:
Processor: Intel Core i9 13900K
Graphics Card: MSI Radeon RX 580 8G
Driver version: Radeon Adrenalin version - 24.9.1
Monitor: MSI MAG 274UPF E2 - 4K (@60Hz) HDR 400
RAM: 32 GB (4800 MHz)
Windows 11 Pro - 24H2
4K is not working at all on any connection, but HDR is working for some titles on Intel HDMI internal connection and not on the Radeon RX580 graphics card HDMI or DP connections.
If anyone had any solution, kindly help me with it.
Thanks!
