Need Help with Screen Tearing Issue

Hello, I am having problems with my Radeon RX 6800 for the past couple of weeks.

It started happening as soon as I upgraded drivers to the new version (24.10.1).

The issue is that sometimes the screen freezes, tears, or when I alt tab between screens, the screen doesn't show up as if it is frozen until I alt tab again a few times and then it starts showing up again.

I managed to capture a brief example by taking a picture. See attached.

In the picture, the highlighted area belongs to the Chrome tab under the current open tab, but only the highlighted portion is shown from the tab below it. Scrolling down or waiting a second fixes the screen and the contents from the current tab show.

I have tried using DDU to install the older version that was stable while disabling windows update, but unfortunately, the problem is persistent. I have also tried playing around with graphics settings, disabling and enabling AMD Freesync, etc.

Specs:

AMD Radeon RX 6800

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor

RAM 32 GB
