Hi AMD Community,
I'm experiencing an issue with my RX 470 graphics card regarding resolution support during system boot:
Current Situation:
- Monitor's native resolution: 3840x2560
- The resolution works perfectly in both Windows and macOS after boot
- However, during the boot process (UEFI/boot loader screen), this resolution is not available
Questions:
1. Is it possible to add support for 3840x2560 resolution during the boot process?
2. Are there any official solutions or recommendations for this situation?
3. Would a VBIOS update potentially help with this issue?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
