as the title says, my 390 keeps feezing randomly (can't do anything for about 15 seconds then It comes back and halves the framerate in half) anytime I stream or play any games) which has been very frustrating since ive had the card for years with no issues what so ever and all this as a whole makes it impossible to live stream for no loner than 20 minutes before it happens.
I have a few screenshots (one being a histogram) to show how my computer is acting up when it occurs
any help would be greatly appreciated! - Jeremy
