My system wont switch to dedicated graphics card when playing games
Hi guys my laptop won’t switch from integrated graphics card(HD8330) to dedicated graphics card(HD8670M) during gaming. Radeon software do recognize the dedicated graphics card. I also tried to switch the prefer graphics card in graphics setting, but it only shows HD8330. I also tried disabling HD8330 in device manager but the system change to use Microsoft basic rendering.
Anyone can help me?
Acer Aspire E1-422G
Windows 10 Home
Processor: A4-5000
Ram:8gb
Radeon software version: 22.6.1(up to date)

It looks like you are using the recommended Adrenalin software from AMD, so I wouldn't change that just yet. Instead, I would try to get into the laptop's BIOS and disable the internal graphics card (HD8330) if it's really there to disable. Is there a problem of you doing all graphics with the dedicated graphics card (HD8670M)?
I don't see much in the way of product support for your Aspire E1-422G laptop.
