My SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RADEON RX 480 8G need's to be RMA'd
opended a ticket with sapphire support but all I keep getting is one automated question every 24hrs that are no help is there any way of speeding this up? as it's beyond a joke and I will be dead and buried long before this is sorted at this rate I may not buy sapphire again after ten or so years buying their products.
Nobody here has any control whatsoever over Sapphire's RMA process. Sorry your having an issue. Hope you get it resolved. Maybe a phone call might get things going faster.
