Playing horizon forbidden west I was barely over 30fps with low settings, when I should be playing without problem at around 70fps on high according to youtube test. I realized that my gpu was using much less power than it should, when I do a stress test it uses about 135w, but while gaming it barely gets above 70. No idea why, can someone help me? All drivers are updated

My components:

XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT 309 AMD Radeon RX 6700

Ryzen 7 5800X

Asus TUF GAMING B550-PLUS

Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4 3200 MHz, 2 x 16 GB

Don't see anywhere in your problem description or screenshots where it shows what resolution you're running at.

My reference 6700XT would draw 200W+ at full tilt on something like Furmark. Have you run any benchmarks like 3DMark Timespy to see how your system compares to similar?

Post a link to your Time Spy benchmark result so a side-by-side compare can be done. Your card is the non-XT which uses a cut down Navi 22 core but performance should be within around 10% and it appears it's not.

One thing that stands out from your screenshots is your score is far below average, even among similar hardware.
