My Rx 580 of 8gb is not doing live broadcast on Facebook using the Relive tool, it starts to broadcast and when it reaches 2 seconds it says that the transmission is off line. What can it be?

This started a few weeks ago, I thought it was some driver problem, but I updated with the new driver and the problem still persists!

There's been no official word out that I know of yet, but I believe they might have caved to copyright issues as a result of people broadcasting copyrighted material and this is how they chose to deal with it without a word of it to their consumers.
