Need suggestions for a new video card for video editing and photoshoping.

for  video editing and photoshop you need stable platform, so you really dont want to have anything with AMD drivers in that compartment...

Well for professional level work you need a FirePro series card, so I would suggest asking on the Adobe forums or the forums of whichever video editing software you use as to which card will best suit your needs.
