Games like Shadow of The Tomb Raider and Resident evil 2. Dirt rally works normally. Also, starting furmark test shuts off the computer. However, games do work with another GPU. I have also tried replacing the PSU to no avail. My system specs are: Radeon RX 580 ROG Strix, AMD Ryzen 2600x, B450 Pro-F motherboard, 16 GB viper memory 3200 mhz, Corsair Tx550m.

Is my GPU failing?

I would raise the Power Limit slider to +50. This is a common setting needed for stability on many of these cards. If that doesn't help then you may have a bad GPU. I would talk to tech support from the company who made your card about how to proceed. Or return the card if it is still in a return period.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured out the problem. I overclocked my ram to 3000 mhz, which caused instability of my system. So it seems I can't tweak my ram, which is a shame because it is rated for 3200 mhz and now it runs at 2133 mhz.
