Hi, i've been using a graphic card for 2 years, and i've noticed a problem in my graphic card, sometimes when I play and I use 2 diferent clients on my pc, or I do multitask, my graphic card says goodbye and gives me an assertion error, which says the queque failed, it also says to update my graphic card drivers but they already updated to the lastest versions so I'd like to know if theres someone who can tell me how to fix that error and why is it, if I need to buy a new graphic card or not, by the way, my graphic card is an RX580 with 8gb VRam and 256 bits. I gladly hope someone can help me with it.
Can you post the exact error you are getting from your RX 580 GPU card when it crashes?
Also run and upload an image of GPU-Z to make sure your AMD driver isn't corrupted.
Also what programs are you having issues with when the GPU crashes?
Best way to test your GPU card is by installing it in another PC and see if the same thing occurs or not.
The programs i've used that caused me that error were mostly games or Whatsapp App. I also tried to check if they corrupted, also reinstalling a new one and see if it changes something.

Please upload a image of GPU-Z for your RX 580 GPU card. That will be helpful in determining if your driver is working correctly or not.
Also please upload your PC information and Windows and AMD driver versions.
When I googled that error " Submitting to graphics queue failed" all the results seems to be connected to Vulcan API of the AMD driver.
Open this thread at AMD Developer's Forum VULCAN/OPENGL Forum and see if you get better results. but you first must get permission from here: https://community.amd.com/t5/newcomers-start-here/bd-p/newcomer-forum
Try first installing the latest AMD RX580 driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580
If the same error occurs then try installing a previous AMD driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/rade...
See if either the latest or an older AMD driver fixes your issue. If an older version fixes your issue I would suggest you open a AMD SUPPORT TICKET: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
NOTE: Use DDU and delete AMD Driver Installation folder at C:\AMD before installing the current AMD Driver.
Hi, My pc information is:
CPU: R5 4600G
GPU: RX580 8gb Vram version
MBO: B550
RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz
PSU: 650W silver
Here is the GPU-Z image of my graphic card:
I've tried with many drivers versions but they all ended crashing my game, In my opinion it might be an incompatiblilty with vulkan
Okay looking at your GPU-Z all the appropriate APIs at the bottom are check marked correctly including Vulkan.
I also see you have a special edition of the RX 580 GPU card. The GPU card you have is the RX 580 2048SP model. This model has less shaders than the normal RX 580 GPU card according to TechPowerUp: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/amd-radeon-rx-580-2048sp-8-gb.b6323
This card was made specifically for the Chinese Market and is basically a rebranded RX570 GPU card as per this Gaming Tech site review of your GPU card: https://gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3405-amd-china-rx-580-2048-review-dataland
See if this TechPowerUp thread helps any: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/rx-580-8gb-2048sp-glitches.314497/
But still it should still work without that error occurring. Try opening a AMD SUPPORT TICKET from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
Also do a Stress test on your GPU card. Try using OCCT CPU,GPU, & PSU Tests and see if it passes without crashing. Keep an eye on temperatures and PSU Outputs during each of the tests.
