My computer, with Windows 7 Ultimate platform, was reinstalled after crush. Since than I am getting screen freeze. Also, CAD Program (Microstation) is giving pixilated displays. I believe something x is wrong with my graphic card ATI FirePro V7800 (Fire

My computer, with Windows 7 Ultimate platform, was reinstalled after crush. Since than I am getting screen freeze.  Also, CAD Program (Microstation) is giving pixilated displays.  I believe something x is wrong with my graphic card ATI FirePro V7800 (FireGL) setting or updates.  The Direct X Diagnostic Tool of Windows showing No Problem.  Can anyone help please?

Are you fully updated?

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
