I'm trying to set up a 2nd monitor using one of the miniports on my Radeon HD 6990 and the monitor is not being detected through the Catalyst Control Center nor windows 10 action center. I troubleshot the 2nd monitor to make sure that it works and it does. I'm not really sure what to do next.
