multithreading with RAM

I have Ryzen 3 3200g with 8 GB RAM (one bar, HyperX Fury 2933MHz). When I look at the tests of games, the vega 8 pulls a lot more than mine. I think it's a matter of multithreading (for example, on tests, the witcher 3 plays on medium, I have 2 witcher plays on low-medium. Forza 3 on high, I can't even play on low). Question. Is there any difference what to install the second RAM, you need the same one or can you use another better?
No viruses, nothing extra is included, windows 10, optimized as much as possible
motherboard - B450M PRO-M2 V2
P.S.
sorry for bad english, thx for all

You want a second RAM stick in there to take advantage of the second memory channel.

The RAM sticks need to run at the same speed and timings so for compatibility it's better to get the same brand/model.

what if i don't find this model? better RAM, make multithreading worse?

Adding in a second stick of RAM will help your performance.

If you can't get the same model you should try for something similar.

Buying a really fast stick of memory won't help because the fast memory will be limited to running at the same speed and timings of the slowest memory you have installed.
