I was running the latest version of Andrenalin at the time of this post; v22.10.1.

Here's the rundown on what I've observed.

Since having this card, I first noticed periodically Windows 10(or something) would change the installed driver causing a mismatch between the Adrenalin software and the driver it's expecting causing Adrenalin not to run. I'd see a message saying its Adrenalin not supported blah blah blah. Usually when that would happen, I'd see an update from AMD and install that correcting the issue. I'd only to see the same mismatch happen again a couple weeks later and either update if available or reinstall again.

Recently instead of the usual browser mismatch, I'd just get a crash and have to restart. Each time I noticed this error in the event viewer below. Since it was app related I simply uninstalled Andrenalin, keeping the driver and there's no more random crashing however I don't have the control without the software. 

Anyone run into this and know of a fix? Is the error I'm focused on a red herring?

That error usually only appears on startup, it won't be the cause.

Check your dxdiag report and/or msinfo.32 WER/error reports. See if you can locate errors around time of crashes.
