I restored windows back to factory on a friends PC, it had an older Geforce GTX 750ti installed, I recently built a new PC and I had my old Radeon Rx 570 8gt so I was going to give it to him. I installed it but windows only sees it as a Microsoft basic display adapter. I tried locating drivers with no luck, the PC has Windows 10 Pro 32Bit 22H2. Are 32 bit drivers available for this?
Click on 'Previous Drivers' from the product driver download page.
I ran DDU without a network connection then installed win 10 32bit radeon software crimson with the same results.
The AMD Previous Drivers page for the RX 570 lists Crimson 16.12.1 as the last 32bit driver release.
As John points out, Crimson is super old and that driver version predates the RX 570 release, so I'm not sure how it could ever work.
Apparently the very last AMD driver version to support 32bit OS was Adrenalin 18.9.3 - but I was unable to locate that driver on the AMD download page.
Normally I do not recommend downloading drivers from sites other than AMD but I did find it available for download on the TechPowerUp website which is a reputable source.

Click on Show Older Versions then scroll all the way down to 18.9.3 and you will find a link to the 32bit version.
