Recently all my monitors turn black for 1-2 seconds when I fullscreen videos or streams and then come back after. It's also been happening when just pausing a video, though less frequently. Not sure if the graphics drivers are fully crashing because games tend to run fine after. I also occasionally get a notification "Default performance tuning settings have been restored due to an unexpected failure", but there is no crash report with it (that I could find).
GPU is a RX6650XT and I have run latest drivers as well as downgraded. I also have 2 monitors plugged in with HDMI and my main one with DP, all into the GPU. Any help is appreciated and I can give more info as needed! Thanks
