I got a ryzen 7900 xtx 7 7800x3d 32 gb ram i play gta fivem and i get micro stuttering pretty much all the time what could cause it, someone i know has a 4070 super and a cpu thatd cheaper than mine amd too not too sure what it is, they play on 60 hz and maintain 100 fps easy i play 2k barely get 100 stable and its not smooth at all like, its rarely feels smooth when i move my mouse, what can cause it? Could it be monitor or could it be the pc build? My pc has some build issues so just trying to figure it out
