I have a 7900x CPU and a 7900XTX GPU. After the last driver updates the GPU utilization is very low in all games and the FPS even lower (Call of Duty reports 3-7 FPS). I re-installed the games and tried to see if there is a problem with Windows 11, but the issue was't solved. The games have been assigend to the discrete GPU. Benchmark utilities do work (Cinebench 2024 reports 1621 multicore for the CPU and >15500 for the GPU)
