low gpu usage about 40% in every game due to which i am experiencing reduced frame rates but usage is 100% when plugged in .
But i cant play games while charging because my cpu temp rises to 90 c
i have i5 processor
8 gb ram
with 2 gb amd radeon 520
need help pls!!!!
