Before resetting my pc, I had around a consistent 90% usage on games no matter how gpu intensive they were. After the reset, my gpu is not as fast as it used to be. I get 40% on games like csgo and valorant. I have tried reinstalling drivers, removing the cmos battery, and another system reset.
