So I have an issue with my RX Vega I think. Today when I tried to play Apex/New World/Fallout 4/DOW 3 I get horrible FPS, rarely goes above 10. Reinstalled the card, updated chipset drivers, rebooted multiple times but no idea what causes it.
Then I tried Cyberpunk 2077 after not touching it for a few months and it runs smoother than ever, 58 FPS and handles pretty well.
Also ran Heaven Benchmark on extreme and no issues.
I disabled all the AMD software functions, issue still present. Tried Terraria and it plays fine. This very low FPS has happened in Apex Legends in the past every few weeks, but as of today it's hitting more games.
