I own the Radeon 5700xt from Sapphire with the new drivers from AMD everything works fine no black screens.
But Guild Wars 2 and Witcher enhanced edition have really low fps stutter freeze.
The card clocks down extremely.
I am using Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)
This affects many Direct x 9 games
I have reported this problem to AMD 7 times and nothing has happened in 6 months
I don't know how to fix this.
Windows 10 is reinstalled
