I recently built a gaming pc to upgrade from my laptop, but its been having trouble running even low end games. I am averaging about 40fps in low end games and 30 in high end games. Along with this there is constant stuttering and lag spike to the point it becomes unplayable. I am using an AGV bronze 500W psu, a Gigabyte H610M S2H V2 DDR4 motherboard, an intel i3-12100F CPU, 1 stick of 16 gigs of ram, a SP 1tb SSD card, and a RX 6650XT GPU as previously mentioned. I have also tried this setup with the GTX 1050 with the same result. I should also mention that one of the ram slots on the mobo is not working and I have a replacement mobo on the way. Please help!
