As the tittle says, I have really bad FPS compared to my older gpu ( r7 240, we all know that it sucks ) that I used to have. I noticed that the fans don't even spin since there is no major heat and that the gpu usage is mostly 0%, sometimes 10/20%. The fps is usually around 30/40 fps, with fps drops sometimes.
GPU: Rx570
CPU: i3 4150
Ram: 8GB
And don't tell me stuff like "Yo bro it's bottleneck", since it's straight bs.
