I wrote here because I do not know how to get out.
I m trying to play LOST ARK but th egam ekeep crashing. The point in which the game crash is always the same now (before it happens randomicly afte rshort or medium palyng session) and it is the "great wall" battle.
The experiece say that the game freeze, the screens go black and i hear only the audio. I need to force the phisical restart of PC and when it comes up back the W10 has disabled my graphic card.
I need to enable again manually in control panel.
I rise a ticket to Amazon support and try all the troucbleshootign step , even I decide to forma tmy PC and do a clean isntallation of W10 and lost ark with update driver of my graphic card, but the resut is alweays the same
I have a Windows 10 Version 21H2 64Bit.
Radeon Sapphire RX 5700 TX nitro+
32 GB di ram
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
