long horizontal artifact on second monitor

Second monitor has flickering horizontal artifacts when clicking, browsing gaming. The issue is normally on the second monitor however sometimes happens on the primary monitor but never both. 

Having only one monitor plugged in fixes the issue. Some times the issue does not occur. 

I have tried different cables and have my software up to date.

This has been a persistent problem when dual-monitors are plugged in.

Hey, I seem to have the same issue with my rx 6900xt, do you have any pictures of the artifacts. Exept this rare problem, the system is stable, which worries me l.
