Hello, I'm using Ubuntu 18.10 on my PC. Specs are Ryzen 5 2600 (unmodified) and RX 570.
During installation of the OS, I noticed one of the fans wasn't moving, while the other was. The fan tried to start a couple times but stood still. Once logged in, both fans started spinning, but the weird one appears to spin at a slower speed than the other.
I'm trying to find the amdgpu driver to see if it has info on the speed of the different fans and if it can be controlled. In case there isn't a way, how could I make sure the GPU is working properly? In order to claim my warranty as soon as possible.
