Light rays coming through trees looks pixelated in 4 different games on 4 different engines?

When Godrays/Lighting passes through trees,it makes the leaves of those trees look divided into many smaller pixels.

I have experienced this problem with many different games,posting screenshots here--

NOTE-You need to zoom in to notice the pixelation in Still Frames

What i have tried-

1.Installed/reinstalled drivers from AMD.

2.Formatting Windows

3. Forcing MSAA with 8X and Supersampling from Radeon settings.

Any idea how to fix this?
