Hello all. I am experiencing FPS stutters while in game. I have my game set to V sync on so my FPS always stays at 165. This just recently started happening. Randomly the game will drop down to 155 fps then go back up. But I can feel it. I prefer to have V-sync on as the game feels smoother. I have Tried using DDU then updating my GPU drivers. I have tried turning my undervolt on my CPU off.
I have tried lowering my Polling rate on my mouse, I have tried adding league and league client to high performance in graphics settings in windows. I have made sure no overlay is enabled in any programs. I do not have riva tuner installed, I do not have MSI after burner installed.
I have no idea what is causing this lately and it is driving me nuts. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Please help me I am desperate and going insane
