Capable gaming laptops with discrete GPU's cost 1500€+

You have only integrated GPU. While AMD's APU is the best integrated APU, it is still not comparable to a real discreet GPU with dedicated VRAM.

System requirements for that game:
- Minimum: Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB / AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB
- Recommended: Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 / AMD RX 5700

I noticed you have only 8Gb of memory, which suggests you have only one memory stick installed. This is a bad thing for APU. If you get another (compatible) 8 Gb SO-DIMM, your system can now run in what is called dual channel memory configuration which improves not only CPU performance, but also remarkably improves iGPU (=APU) performance.

If your fans are running fast (well, that's laptops...) you should try lowering CPU and GPU voltage if possible with Radeon software?

On top of these, you could try a laptop cooler depending where your laptop takes in cooling air

https://www.amazon.com/laptop-cooling-stand/s?k=laptop+cooling+stand

So:
- 1x 8Gb compatible SO-DIMM
- Undervolt
- cooler beneath laptop if needed anymore

Here is some idea, what you could use instead of laptop. Linus just makes it too complicated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLC9rZ2e0Ms

It depends on the games you are trying to play and the cooling performance of your laptop.

It is not good with games if you have the quality of graphics set too high, you're never going to get amazing gaming from it.

You would need to invest in a really good gaming laptop for that.

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.

I am trying to run slime rancher 2 in the lowest graphics possible, and i already bought this laptop in may so i dont want to switch that soon

you mentioned that when playing the game the laptop's fans are spinning at maximum.

I would check to see, by using a monitoring software, if your laptop is overheating and throttling during the games you play.  That can be a reason for your laptop to run slower.

So I would make sure all the laptop's vents - Input and outputs are clean and not clogged with dust or grime.

If you laptop isn't a gaming laptop that might be a reason it isn't working well with games since it is may be causing it to overheat excessively and throttle.

Otherwise I would follow Vialli advice.
