Issues with Gaming video Displaying

I have the latest 24.12.1 AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition.  I'm using the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, Latest Windows 11 home edition 64-bit OS, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz processor, 32 GB RAM. 

Recent update on the Adrenaline Edition causes any and all games to stop displaying on my monitor.  In other words as soon as the game starts, the monitor screen goes black.  Audio still functions, interaction on the game sound like they work as I hover over icons that should be displayed (interactive sounds), but no visual.  Tried on both HDMI ports (x3) and Display port and the video still fails to show.  Dialing the driver to the previous version has no effect.  

I tested the video on videos and movies on Youtube and it works fine there.  But for some bizarre reason it fails during gameplay.  How do I fix this?

In terms of game references of what I've played or still play.  I play plenty of survival simulation games and others like Satisfactory, ARK, Dome Keeper, Hell Divers 2, Subnautica, Subnautica BZ and on occasion Minecraft, and some Pokemon emulators.  This issue triggers in every one of these and I can't enjoy any gameplay now.
