Issue with the screen display and videos Pro WX 7100 Graphics

Hi everyone,

Recently I changed my workstation's video graphics card as diagnosed by Dell technicians for some noises from my computer that ultimately we found it is from Hard drive.

With the new video graphics card that they sent to me, my screen has started to show horizontal color line like the one attached in the photo. Also, when playing videos on youtube for example, the video is full of dots and crosses.  I tried several things like updating all drivers, BIOS etc.. but the problem is still there. Have anyone experienced this issue?

I installed the Pro software 21.Q4, but the problem is still there.

I should say that this problem with the screen does not happen in "safe mode" of windows.

Okay sorry to hear that. You just need to wait until FSADOUGH replies to this thread.

I believe in Safe Mode it bypasses the AMD Video driver and just uses Microsoft Basic Display Adapter instead.

Are you sure the source of problem is not your monitor or the cable/adapter you are using? Please test your monitor and cables and if the issue still persists send me an AMDZ Report:

AMDZ Report
- Please extract the amdz-v312.zip available from https://we.tl/t-FjLuUy6Avn
- Run amdz.exe file as an Administrator
- Select “Save All“ and “TXT“ as the output format
- Click on the blue button to save the report
- The .txt file will be saved in the same folder where you extracted the zipped file
