Is the RX 560 DDR5 4Gb supported by the Mac Pro 5.1 mid 2010 with OS Mojave?
Apple support says that Mac Pro 5.1 support the RX 560, but, I don't know if this information is correct, because the maximum power supported by the Mac is 300W for both PCI Express slots.
