All RX5000 & 6000 Series GPU cards have a Hot Spot Maximum Operating Temperature of 110c.
The GPU card has several Thermal Sensors through out the GPU and whenever any of the thermal sensors reaches 110c the GPU will automatically slow down or Throttle to keep the Hot Spot temperature at 110c or lower.
At 100c it is getting close to the Maximum Operating Temperature. Make sure you have good air circulation inside your Computer Case.
Try to have a more aggressive GPU Fan profile so the fan starts running faster at a lower temperature. You can do it through AMD Radeon Settings.
NOTE: The RX6000 series GPU cards are engineered to run at 110c or lower. So as long as the Temperatures stays below 110c you are fine but I would try to keep it from reaching 110c if possible.
