Is it possible to run dual monitor with Ryzen 5 2400G.I have the MSI 450 tomahawk mother board. When Itry to connect another monitor using the DVI-D connection nothing happens.

Trying to run dual  monitor on my system. but windows 10 is not registering second monitor
