Input not supported monitor error with Radeon RX 6400

I recently bought a Sapphire PULSE RX 6400 and installed it. Then I installed the drivers (Adrenalin Edition) and plugged the HDMI cable from my monitor (an Acer K243Y) into the HDMI port on the card. After booting the PC up, my monitor says "Input not supported." From what I've read online, this is caused by the GPU putting out a resolution my monitor doesn't like, but I don't know how to change that resolution in Adrenalin. Windows says it's 1080p (I can't change it to anything else as it's grayed out). Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I tried plugging the PC into different monitors and a TV (all of which were 1080p) and I saw the Dell logo for a split second on all of them before they said "no signal." The Acer monitor is apparently the only one that diagnoses the problem.

I fixed the issue. I took it to a local computer repair shop and they put it into one of the rigs they had and it worked, so they put it back into my pc and it also worked. I have no idea what fixed it, the guy at the shop did everything the same way. So I guess the solution is to take it to a computer repair place lol

Edit: There may have been another factor that contributed to it. I enabled Legacy ROMs in BIOS. Hope this helps.

Recently I underwent the same issue again when I reinstalled Windows to fix an unrelated problem and it reintroduced the problem. Not wanting to take it back to the repair shop, I did a little more tinkering and found that when I unplugged the HDMI cord from the integrated port into the port on the GPU while the computer was restarting after I installed the drivers, it went to a black screen where I could see my Windows cursor and move it around. I pressed the power button and the computer shut down. Then I pressed it again and it booted to Windows. I tested a game and it appeared to work fine. It's only been 15 minutes since I fixed it, but it appears to be working so far. I am going to restart the computer and see if it still works.

Edit: It works even after a restart.

I have tried it in multiple rigs but since the first adrenaline driver of 2023 it has been saying no signal after ther dell log. When connected to the built in graphics it sometimes boot in to windows after like 5-6 restarts and when u check the device manager it say code 43 on the rx 6400 and code 12 on the built in graphics. Tried every driver and also many fresh installs of windows but the problem is still there. When I go to advanced display settings and check it has a ghost monitor say connected to Microsoft basic adapter has no resolution and a 1 hz  refresh rate. This has been stressful for the past 2 months as I am unable to use my graphics card

I had the same issue with the ghost monitor but I was using Windows 11. I don’t really know what would fix it if you’ve tried multiple rigs. Honestly at this point see if you can get a replacement card (especially if you originally ordered it from Newegg) because it sounds defective.

What is your power supply? During my ordeal, I upgraded my PSU to 240w (before I had 180w) and it seemed to work better. It's possible your card does not have (or thinks it does not have) enough power to operate. Sometimes graphics cards have very inflated views of their power requirements (for example, the RX 6400 says it needs a 350w PSU to work but I'm getting along just fine on 240w).
