I would like to change my ATI RADEON HD4800 graphics card to a Asus AMD R5230. Is it possible? Will my PC handle it? It is an old one.

Is it possible? Will my PC handle it? It is an old one. Where can I check that my pc is compatible with this card?

The R5 230 is significantly slower than the HD 4800 series, and you will not be able to play games aside from undemanding, casual games. As for if your PC will handle it, it should't have an issue, as the R5 230 draws less power and has full compatibility with legacy BIOS motherboards.
