I need a driver for my ATI Radeon X1950 Pro GPU, on windows 7, please help.

I tried everything on the AMD website like running the automatic scan and putting it in compatibility mode as admin, I could really use the driver and I know it's an old card but I don't have the disc that came with it. Please help.

It is an ATI Radeon X1950 Pro, 256 MB.

I need a driver that supports win 7.

There are no Windows 7 drivers for that card. You can try to use the Vista drivers, but no guarantees.

Hi I have the same videocard and Win 7 (runs okay) and was looking for a more recent driver. I recently moved house, but I have the disc boxed somehwere..

I had a closer look at the AMD site and I think you need to look at graphics / legacy / ATI Radeon X series / X1xxx series (submit)

then there are 2 downloads Catalyst an WDM

The Catalyst Control Center is to update and fine tune you video card?

The WDM is for video output when Windows says it's missing a few drivers?

mind the useful info on the AMD site about uninstalling the previous version before installing the next

It's a bit late in the evening for me now to test them
