I have two AMD Radeon (TM) RX 580X built into my Alienware Aurora R7 but I can't get it to dual monitor setup.

I've reached out to several supports.  Dell Alienware support and I even submitted a ticket for the Radeon support team.  I got no assistance.  Dell Alienware keep wanting to switch parts and its getting no where.  So here is the dilemma.

When I've gotten this computer, both monitors have been responding and they functioned the way they needed to be.  Now since I've followed updating drivers per the recommendation of dell support, only the primary video card is showing a usable screen, the other stays black.  This is from both the updates to install the 18.9.3 and now the 18.12.2 versions.  Settings show that there is no other monitor detected, device manager and the AMD Radeon settings both confirm that I have two video cards installed.  Troubleshooter in the startup system shows green check marks across the board.  I've even had a technician inspect my computer over and replaced one of the video cards that was in question and still no change.  Can anyone shed some light into this?

Connect both monitors to the primary card.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

Ok, so if you have seen what the ports available for the video card, you'll see that there is only 1 HDMI.  And both monitors use HDMI connections, what then?

Use an adaptor then from whatever other pc out port to the hdmi cable.

Those are OEM class cards, so really Dell need to sort your problem.

Maybe it only works on dell supplied drivers(there are no direct drivers for rx 580x from amd).

As for me having to look up specs, INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
