I have the current video card in my desktop and im having a problem with my Adobe After Effects saying only cpu verses the gpu usage can some one please help me? XFX AMD Radeon RX 480 8gb gddr5 graphics card

I cant get Adobe After Effects to go into the GPU stage with this video card.  Is it the video card or the internal use of the software?  I cant figure this out!
