Well performance is all relative to expectations and requirements. 60 fps is absolutely adequate for most gamers needs, are you on a monitor needing 120, 144 or something like that? Lastly that hardware is pretty low end for current generation hardware, so if your expectation is to run AAA titles at 60fps or better, not gonna happen. If you want some minor esports titles to run between 30 and 60fps then you are in luck. So again it comes back to what were you expecting from the hardware. I would suggest google searching benchmarks with that hardware to see if your performance is in line with other peers.
