I have a Radeon RX 570 when I try to load the drivers I get a black screen. Tried running DDU and AMD's clean up utility also let Windows get drivers with the same results. What else can I try?

Msi Pro motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core, 32 mb DDR 4 ram 3200 MHz, 700 watt power supply Windows 10 64 bit build 1904.508
